Long time since I have been on here. I have a bit of good news. I fixed my fuel pump short circuit. Turns out it was shorting out and always running because my oil pressure sensor had died. IT was funny cus it bypassed the fuel pump relays all together and the pump always ran. So now it is fixed

I have a few things to work on regarding brakes and steering, but the car is close to being safetied. Hopefully when winter is over I will have it done
